Control plasmids contain the complete nucleocapsid gene from 2019-nCoV, SARS, and MERS. The nCoV nucleocapsid gene is present in the 2019-nCoV_N Positive Control plasmid. The Hs_RPP30 Control contains a portion of the RPP30 gene, a single copy gene present in the human genome. Delivered at 250 µL (200,000 copies/µL) in IDTE pH 8.0. Shipped at ambient temperature.
